Our pastors, staff, elders, deacons, and ministry leaders serve BBCC in different ways, with the same goal: helping our church follow Jesus faithfully.
Pastor
Rev. Samuel Sutter serves as Lead Pastor at BBCC. He and his wife, Ashley, have four children. Before coming to Boynton Beach, Sam served for ten years as a lead pastor in Goshen, New York, following earlier ministry as an assistant pastor, youth pastor, and worship leader. He loves preaching Scripture clearly and helping people take practical steps of faith.
These staff members lead ministries and support the day-to-day life of BBCC.
Staff
Youth Leader/Office Administrator
Amanda has been part of BBCC since childhood, and serving as a Christian camp counselor helped confirm her call to ministry. She loves helping students build an authentic faith that can withstand life’s challenges. She also sings with the Worship Team and enjoys camping at Florida springs, playing volleyball, and traveling.
Worship Leader
Jeff is a singer-songwriter and guitarist from Cleveland, Tennessee, who serves as BBCC’s worship leader. He loves helping people respond to God through music. Jeff and his wife, Margarita, have three children.
Awana Team Leader
Nicole moved from Wallingford, Connecticut, to Florida with her husband, Michael. They have two daughters and a granddaughter. Nicole brings experience in teaching, social services, and community care to leading Awana, and she enjoys nature walks, biking, swimming, dancing, and gardening.
Finance and Facilities
Aysha was born in Kingston, Jamaica, and moved to Miami as a teenager. She and her husband, Jason, have five children. Aysha keeps many of BBCC’s behind-the-scenes details moving through her work in finance and facilities and enjoys using practical skills to support the church and community.
Volunteer leaders help people connect, grow, and serve.
Needs Response Co-Leader (Benevolence)
Helps people in need by leading how our church responds with both immediate help and long-term support.
Tim and his wife, Juanita, raised and homeschooled three sons who went on to military service. Tim is a BBCC deacon and co-leads the Needs Response ministry, helping the church offer practical support and long-term encouragement to people facing difficult circumstances. He also enjoys playing guitar and singing country music.
Community Group Team Leader
Helps people grow in faith and connection by supporting and guiding community group leaders who build community and spiritual maturity.
Rob and his wife, Lisa, have a son and four daughters, and their family enjoys the water and outdoors. Rob is a BBCC deacon and the Community Group Team Leader. He helps leaders build groups where people can connect, grow in faith, and care for one another.
Our elders provide spiritual oversight, teaching, and prayer.
Elder
Jeff and his wife, Melanie, moved from Michigan to South Florida and have two children. He serves BBCC as an elder, teacher, and small-group leader and has also helped guide important building and development work for the church. He enjoys home projects, Michigan State sports, golf, and time with family and friends.
John is a lifelong Floridian who has spent most of his life in Broward and Palm Beach counties. He and his wife, Mary Ann, have three children. John serves BBCC as an elder and loves using his teaching gift in community groups, Bible studies, and occasional Sunday preaching.
Steve and his wife, Mary, have two children and have been part of BBCC since its beginning. Steve is an elder who has served in youth ministry, children’s ministry, hospitality, and Sunday setup. He is always looking for practical ways to care for the church family.

Deacon
Originally from Levittown, New York, Bob lives in Lake Worth with his wife, Karen. They have a daughter, Alexis. Bob serves BBCC as a deacon and has helped through church projects, children’s check-in, and Awana; he also enjoys fishing, playing guitar, singing, and time with family and friends.
Originally from Ohio, Tracy lives in Boynton Beach with his wife, Stacey, their son, Zayne, and three dogs. He served in the United States Air Force and built a career in biomedical equipment repair. Tracy is a BBCC deacon with a special concern for serving veterans and the wider community.
Sal and his wife, Diana, were college sweethearts and have two children and four grandchildren. After a career in operations with Ford Motor Company, Sal now serves BBCC as a deacon and helps lead the Safety and Security Team. His practical experience helps the church stay prepared while maintaining a welcoming environment.
