People Work

Relationships are beautiful, messy, and unavoidable. They're also some of the hardest work we'll ever do. In this series, we explore why people are so difficult to love and why we so often end up disappointed, drained, or distant in the relationships that matter most. When we look to others to fill what only God can fill, we turn relationships into broken cisterns that can never hold enough. And we'll face the mountain that trips up so many of us: forgiveness how to give it, how to receive it, and why it's the only way forward when people have let us down. People work is hard work. But it's the work we were made for.
